Hummingbird Card

I was inspired to make this cute card after seeing the first hummingbird of season. Stamp is from Stampendous, paper is from DCWV The Luxury Stack.

Bird Tag Cards with Box

After making the bird card I was inspired to make this set of boxed cards for a friend.

Beautiful Bird Tag Card

Hope everyone had a wonder holiday season. Things are finally back to normal at our house, all decorations put away and I'm back in the craft room.

Made this card today for a friend...love the way it turned out. Used Kraft cardstock for the base, the black doily is cut from cardstock using a Cherry Lynn die. That wonderful tag is a freebie from Ephemera's Vintage Garden.... one of a set of six. The dream ticket is from Tim Holtz and the cardstock button from my stash tied with bakers twine. 

Now its time to work on Valentine's I've ordered a couple new Spellbinder Dies so as soon as they arrive I will get the finished cards posted.

Just My Style

This card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest. I used DCWV immortal love collection for the background along with black/white cardstock. Edges are distressed using a Zutter Distress-It-All-Tool.

The doily die & corners are from Cherry Lynn, flourish, flowers & label from Spellbinders. The lovely black lace is from my friend Terrie. Pearls from my stash.

Made this for a swap....themed "my style". Hope my partner likes it.

Washi Tape Card

Made this card for a swap group requiring the use of

washi tape. This was my first time using it and will be making

more its great to work with.

For a little summer inspiration I made this fun card inspired by Graphic 45.
 Used On The Boardwalk for the background, Tropical Travelogue for the stamped image.

Tropical Card

Created this card  using patterned paper only (no stamping) for a swapping group project.

 Used Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue collection paper, lime green

cardstock, the pretty little butterfly and little popped up flowers are from K&Company. 

Used a bit of Tim Holtz Vintage Photo on the edges.

Rooster & Hen Card

Yesterday's project was this rooster & hen card. Love the

chicken wire background from Crafty Secret's CD. The rooster & hen are

also from Crafty Secrets and sunflowers from G45 French Country.

I fussy cut the sunflower from the paper collection and 

added some crackle accents.

Secret Garden Card

Love this new paper collection from Graphic 45 the colors are

so beautiful. This card was inspired by one I saw on the Graphic 45

blog made a few changes to suit my taste. 

Will be mailing it to a friend tomorrow hope she likes it.

Double Embossed Flowers

Love this technique, it can be found on both StampTV and the Stampendous Blog. The image is embossed
in gold then the center is filled in with a Versa Mark Pen and embossed with clear embossing powder.

Butterfly with Tag Frame

 

This card was inspired from StampTV using the Spellbinder Fancy Tags for the 
frame around the 2 1/2" circle.
 The brown embossed butterfly matches the base card color. I used a Gelly Roll Clear Star pen to fill in the small circles on the wings.

Top is same technique using black textured cardstock, flower embossed
black with gold glitter pen & clear glitter for sparkle.
